After a long journey I received the warmest of greetings from Francesco and was easily checked into a large and comfortable room. Above all the hotel is an incredible long running family restaurant, where Francesco waits and his brother is the chef. The quality of the local produce served, the masterful cooking, and the exceptional service, added up to an unexpected and unforgettable meal. I would happily return just to eat! The breakfast the next morning was more extensive and balanced than you'd typically find in Italy, with again delicious local produce and excellent service. It really set me up for a wonderful day. I hope to return, many thanks!

Offering free WiFi, Hotel Cladan is a 15-minute walk from Assisi Train Station. It features a bar, a garden, and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. The facility was well kept, not just clean. Everything worked! The rooms were well lit. Bed was comfortable, they even had extra pillows! Plenty of parking for our rental car across the street or behind the hotel. The breakfast felt home-made for us. The owners were very friendly and explained Italian coffee to us. We would happily stay here again!

Parking is free at this charming 19th-century villa that offers guest rooms with private terraces. You can catch the bus to Assisi right outside Villa Raffaello. Amazing host, extraordinary room, with a very authentic ceiling. A refined Italian stay! It felt so cozy, safe and clean. Great location if you want to visit Assisi, Santa Maria Basilica and on the way to Cascia, this could be an ideal stop. The dinner venue was recommended by the hotel, Da Elide Ristorante! So tasty and good!!!! I would highly recommend.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property and a free shuttle to/from Assisi Train Station, Hotel Santa Maria offers accommodation in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The people at the hotel were very gentle, they waited for us to arrive even though we came passed the hour of arrival. The room was very well equipped, with air conditioning, tv, balcony, towels, shampoo, shower caps, fridge and water bottles, beds were comfortable and according with our request. In the morning the staff attended us very gently for the breakfast, they accomplished our requests and even gave us some cockies and snacks for the trip. They were very friendly and welcoming all the time. We definitely will come back if we are around the zone!

Very clean good location very close to train station and bus accessible. The young girl at the reception is very nice. Great breakfast!

Located 1 km from Assisi Train Station, Domus Pacis Assisi is run by Franciscan friars and includes an Umbrian restaurant. Good value. Small clean sparse room for solo pilgrim. Bus or walk to Basilicas on the hill. Breakfast good.
