We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Keller, we visited for my birthday weekend and the lady on reception noted this from my passport and organised a little gift to be left in the room, this was a very kind gesture. We were able to walk everywhere from the Palazzo, the staff were all friendly and attentive and the room was beautiful. The whole Palazzo has been refurbished exquisitely and our stay here was as much a part of the experience of being in Venice as the scenery outside. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh hot coffee and lovely pastries.

The hotel was very close to the center of Venice, only few minutes walk from San Marco square. The room was well kept and very clean. Everything in the room looks new. Very comfortable bed. Very good WiFi. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. All hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help.
